What data do we collect? Sanford collects the data when you submit a membership application through our website. The following identifiable data fields are requested and stored for Sanford Membership team to evaluate the application:
Applicant's full name, current address, e-mail address and phone number
Next of kin, their contact number and relationship to the applicant.
References' names, addresses, phone numbers, emails and their relationship to the applicant.
Beyond these, Sanford stores applicant' responses to questions on assessing their understanding of co-operative living, skills they wish to contribute to the community, their housing situation and their attitude towards financial requirements of being a member of Sanford.
