This privacy policy explains how our organisation, Sanford Housing co-operative (hereafter Sanford), uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

 

What data do we collect? Sanford collects the data when you submit a membership application through our website. The following identifiable data fields are requested and stored for Sanford Membership team to evaluate the application:

  • Applicant's full name, current address, e-mail address and phone number

  • Next of kin, their contact number and relationship to the applicant.

  • References' names, addresses, phone numbers, emails and their relationship to the applicant.

Beyond these, Sanford stores applicant' responses to questions on assessing their understanding of co-operative living, skills they wish to contribute to the community, their housing situation and their attitude towards financial requirements of being a member of Sanford.
